چکیده

The problem of partial shading has serious effects on the performance photovoltaic (PV) systems. Adding a bypass diode in shunt to each PV module avoids hot-spot phenomena, but causes multi-peaks power–voltage (P–V) characteristics array, which cause traditional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques become trapped local peaks. This forced researchers search for smart track global peaks and prevent possibility convergence at Swarm optimization have been used fill this shortcoming; unfortunately, however, these suffer from unacceptably long time. Cuckoo (CS) is one fastest most reliable techniques, making it an ideal option be as MPPT systems under dynamic conditions. standard CS algorithm conversion time, high failure rate, oscillations steady state; paper aims overcome problems research gap by improving CS. results obtained technique are compared five swarm techniques. comparison study shows superiority improved strategy introduced over other
